Specially designed for astrophotographers using monochrome cameras, the ToupTek Astro LRGB filters deliver high-contrast, color-accurate images—even under light-polluted skies. Monochrome astronomy cameras offer exceptional resolution, and when paired with LRGB filters, they allow for full-color imaging with impressive detail and control. Each filter isolates a specific color channel, combining to recreate lifelike color balance across your photos.

Spectrum

• The horizontal axis represents the wavelength of light (unit: nm), and the vertical axis represents light transmittance (unit: %).
  Gray line: L channel; Red: R; Green: G; Blue: B
• The emission nebula signal bands are mainly concentrated around 656nm (Hα), 500.7nm (OIII), and other bands.
• Light pollution peaks are commonly found near 540nm and 590nm (sodium/mercury lamp bands).
• The transmission regions of the astronomical filters are engineered to avoid these interference bands, ensuring effective signal passage, enhancing contrast, and image purity.

• Halo-Free Imaging: With a multi-layer coating system including anti-reflection layers and edge blackening, these filters suppress halos and stray light for cleaner, artifact-free images.
• OD≥5.0 Light Cutoff: Blocks unwanted wavelengths with high efficiency to boost image contrast and fidelity.
• Precision Matte Black Edge Coating: Prevents internal reflections and ensures correct orientation—especially on 36mm filters where the telescope-facing side is marked with a black inner edge.
• Multiple Sizes, Broad Compatibility
