Description
MAGUS Stereo D9T Digital Stereomicroscope
Description
The MAGUS Stereo D9T Stereomicroscope offers a non-inverted, three-dimensional image with an impressive working distance, making it ideal for both sample examination and experimental procedures. Utilizing the Greenough optical scheme, this microscope delivers sharp, three-dimensional images crucial for high-precision observations. Equipped with a versatile zoom lens and dual LED illumination (transmitted and reflected light), it can be further enhanced with optional accessories. It’s an excellent choice for restoration, soldering, modeling, machinery service repair, and quality control.
Digital Camera
The MAGUS CBF10 Digital Camera is tailored to work seamlessly with microscopes for photographing, video recording, and displaying images on external screens. Optimized for brightfield work, it pairs perfectly with 4x and 10x flat-field microscope objectives and stereomicroscopes. Featuring an Aptina CMOS sensor with high light sensitivity (0.62mV/lux/s), it ensures maximum field of view without distortion, especially when using an adapter with magnification from 0.4x to 0.6x. The 18MP sensor delivers highly detailed images at a resolution of 4912x3684px, with video capture at 13.1fps. For smoother video, reduce the resolution to 2456x1842px (34.3fps) or 1228x922px (54.4fps). This makes focus adjustment and the study of moving objects or fast-flowing processes convenient and ideal for presentations and demonstrations.
Optics
The MAGUS Stereo D9T features a 360° rotating trinocular head with a tube for camera mounting (C-mount adapter included). Its zoom objective, paired with a 10x eyepiece, offers magnification from 7x to 63x, maintaining focus while changing magnification. With auxiliary objectives (not included), the magnification range, working distance, and field of view can be adjusted, potentially increasing magnification up to 315x with optional accessories.
Illumination
Illumination is provided by two LED sources: a 5W transmitted light illuminator and a 3W reflected (oblique) illuminator. Both are AC powered, ensuring brightness consistency without altering color temperature, and offer a lifespan of 50,000 hours.
Stage and Focusing Mechanism
The stage includes various plates: double-sided black and white, white, or transparent, catering to different observation needs. The microscope features a coarse and fine focusing mechanism, with fine focusing used above 40x magnification and coarse focusing equipped with tension adjustment.
Accessories
Enhance the MAGUS Stereo D9T with additional eyepieces, auxiliary lenses, calibration slides, and digital cameras. A device for polarized light observations can also be installed to expand its capabilities.
