Free shipping is available for orders over AED 400. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of AED 35 will be applied. - Delivery Lead Time
For in-stock items, delivery within the UAE typically occurs within 2–5 business days. For back-ordered items, the delivery time ranges normally from 14–30 business days.

Shipping Outside the UAE

International customers are responsible for all shipping costs. These costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. The customer will be contacted with the shipping rate details within 5 business days of placing the order.
Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in the destination country.

For in-stock items, international delivery generally occurs within 5–10 business days. For back-ordered items, delivery may take 14–30 business days.

Order Tracking and Communication

Damaged or Lost Items
