Description
Astronomy AngelEyes 1.25" Color Astro Filters Set (6 pieces set) with aluminum box
The AngelEyes Planetary Filter Set 1.25" includes six popular astronomy color filters designed to improve contrast and reveal finer details during planetary and lunar observation. By reducing specific wavelengths of light, these filters can enhance cloud bands on Jupiter, polar caps on Mars, lunar surface features, and atmospheric details on bright planets.
This versatile filter set is also useful for improving contrast on selected deep-sky objects such as bright star clusters. Each filter is mounted in a durable aluminum cell with standard 1.25" threads, making the set compatible with most telescopes, eyepieces, diagonals, and Barlow lenses. Supplied in a protective storage case, it is an excellent accessory kit for beginner and intermediate amateur astronomers.
Yellow Optical Filter:
1. For a clearer view of the polar ice caps on Mars.
2. You can increase the contrast when looking at the desert land on the surface of the planet. Make the details more visible.
3. When observing Jupiter, darken the blue lines of Jupiter's equator and make the features of red and orange more vivid.
Orange Optical Filter:
1. Used to increase the contrast of light and dark when observing space.
2. Can penetrate the clouds and observe the dust storm on Mars.
3. Can be used to observe Jupiter's Great Red Spot, good results.
Red Optical Filter:
1. Used to observe Mercury and Venus.
2. Observe Jupiter's sideband more clearly when using a large-aperture astronomical telescope.
3. Used to observe the surface of Saturn. You can see a lot of details.
Green Optical Filter:
1. Used to observe polar projections, frost spots, and fog clusters on the surface of Mars.
2. Can be used as an attachment to observe the rings of Saturn and Jupiter.
3. Can be used as a universal film for observing the moon.
Blue Optical Filter:
1. Used to observe the fine structure of star clusters. It makes the image clearer.
Purple Optical Filter:
1. It can penetrate the vapor layer. It can also penetrate the ionosphere.
The polluted sky can also be observed deeper and farther.
2. The effect of stray light can be reduced when observing star clusters. Used to find new stars.
Notes:
1. The eyepieces in this picture are only used to show products.
2. Due to the different monitor and light effect, the actual color of the item might be slightly different from the color showed on the pictures. Thank you!
3. Please allow 1-3 mm measuring deviation due to manual measurement.
