Description
The Acuter Maksy 60 Educational Discovery Set is a compact and beginner-friendly Maksutov-Cassegrain telescope designed for learning astronomy and exploring the night sky. With its long 750mm focal length and high-contrast Maksutov optics, the Maksy 60 delivers sharp and detailed views of the Moon, planets, and many bright deep-sky objects. Its closed optical tube design helps maintain optical alignment while reducing dust inside the telescope.
Designed for beginners, students, and families, this lightweight tabletop telescope is easy to transport and simple to operate thanks to its azimuth mount. The included 90° Amici prism also makes the telescope suitable for terrestrial observation with a correctly oriented image. A smartphone adapter is included for basic lunar photography and sharing observations with friends and family.
