Wide 10x Binocular Viewing

With 10x magnification and waterproof binocular optics, this model gives visitors a wide field of view of 400 feet at 1000 yards. It is well suited for landscapes, coastlines, harbors, city skylines, and general scenic viewing where a broader view is preferred. The 50 mm objective lenses and 5 mm exit pupil support comfortable daytime observation. Manual focusing allows users to adjust image sharpness, while the long eye relief design makes viewing more comfortable.

Magnification Comparison

The images below illustrate the difference between viewing with the unaided eye and viewing through Hi-Spy observation viewers with 10x, 20x, and 35x magnification. As magnification increases, distant subjects appear larger and more detailed. At the same time, the field of view becomes narrower, allowing users to focus on a smaller area of the scene. Durable Outdoor Construction

The viewer is built mainly from aluminum, including the viewing head, support arms, main tube, base, and standing ring. The powder-coated aluminum structure is suitable for outdoor public installations, and the waterproof optics help protect performance in exposed environments.

Smooth Movement and Coin Operation

The tapered roller bearing system provides 285 degrees of horizontal movement, while the vertical movement range of ±30 degrees allows visitors to scan above and below the horizon. The mechanical coin system can be configured for domestic or foreign coins and holds up to 2,000 US quarters. A digital audit system is included, and the standard viewing time is 1 minute 30 seconds, adjustable from 1 to 3 minutes.

Installation Options

The viewer runs on four AA batteries for the coin acceptor, shutter, and meter. Available options include swivel sets, custom aluminum plate bases, multiple color finishes, and a stainless steel sign frame.
