MAGUS CLM10 Digital Camera
The MAGUS CLM10 is an affordable monochrome microscope camera, ideal for capturing images under fluorescent lighting or darkfield conditions. With a 2.3MP sensor, it delivers high-resolution images at 1920x1200px. The 120fps frame rate ensures smooth, realistic video without delays, making it suitable for external displays and demonstrations. Designed to work with medium and high magnification objectives (40x, 60x, and 100x), the camera excels in capturing fine details. The built-in USB3.0 interface ensures high-speed data transfer, perfect for professional lab research and university-level training.
Additional Features
The camera includes specialized software for capturing photos and videos, editing images, and measuring linear and angular dimensions of objects. Calibration for each objective is required using a calibration slide.
Sensor Details
Equipped with a monochrome Sony CMOS sensor from the Exmor line, the MAGUS CLM10 boasts high light sensitivity thanks to back-illumination technology. The 1/1.2” sensor with a pixel size of 5.86×5.86μm and a photosensitivity of 1016mV at 1/30 second shutter speed allows for effective shooting in low light or fluorescent conditions. While the monochrome sensor does not capture color, it produces high-contrast images with a wide field of view, especially when using a 0.75–1x magnification adapter.
Installation
The camera can be mounted on a microscope using a C-mount adapter, with options for installation in either the trinocular or eyepiece tube, requiring an adapter ring for the latter.
