MAGUS Bio V300 Biological Inverted Microscope

Description

The MAGUS Bio V300 is an advanced biological inverted microscope designed for the detailed study of samples in laboratory ware up to 70 mm high with a bottom thickness of up to 1.2 mm. Ideal for observing colonies of cells, tissue cultures, and biological fluids, this microscope allows for observations in transmitted light without the need for pre-staining. It supports both brightfield and phase contrast microscopy techniques, making it suitable for routine laboratory work, research, and teaching applications.

Optics

The MAGUS Bio V300 features a classic trinocular head, allowing for the mounting of a digital camera (not included). The beam splitting is 50/50. The revolving nosepiece can hold four objectives, including three plan achromatic objectives for brightfield and one for phase contrast. All objectives are designed for use with laboratory ware and offer a long working distance.

Illumination

Equipped with a powerful 9W LED light source, this microscope provides bright illumination for all objectives and microscopy techniques. The brightness adjustment feature maintains a consistent color temperature. The LED has a long lifespan of approximately 50,000 hours, eliminating the need for frequent replacements. The condenser includes a slot for a phase contrast slider (included), with centerable phase contrast rings for easy technique switching.

Stage and Focusing Mechanism

The fixed mechanical stage of the MAGUS Bio V300 is equipped with a dish holder and includes three dish holders of different sizes. The stage allows for precise movement along the X and Y axes via a mechanical attachment. The coaxial coarse and fine focusing mechanism ensures accurate and fast focusing, with the coarse focusing equipped with a lock mechanism and tension adjustment.

Accessories

The MAGUS Bio V300 can be customized with a range of optional accessories, including additional phase objectives, eyepieces, digital cameras, and calibration slides, to enhance its performance and adaptability for various research needs.
