MAGUS CBF30 Digital Camera
The MAGUS CBF30 Digital Camera allows for high-quality photography and video recording through a microscope, with the capability to edit files, organize presentations, and perform linear and angular measurements of objects after proper calibration. It is designed for use with microscopes employing the brightfield method and objectives of 4x, 10x, 20x, and 40x magnification.
Graphics Features
Equipped with a 6.3MP sensor, the MAGUS CBF30 captures bright and detailed photos and videos at a maximum resolution of 3072x2048px. The resolution can be adjusted to 1536x1024px without affecting the frame rate, which remains at 59fps, ensuring smooth transitions without jerkiness or delays.
Sensor
The camera features a SONY Exmor backlit color CMOS sensor, which provides excellent performance even in low-light conditions. The images are clear and bright, with minimal distortion when using an adapter with a magnification range of 0.5x to 0.75x.
Additional Features
The MAGUS CBF30 camera uses a USB3.0 interface for high-speed data transfer, ensuring no losses or delays. It comes with dedicated software for photo and video shooting, editing, external screen display, and organizing classroom demonstrations.
Installation
The camera can be mounted into a microscope’s trinocular tube using a C-mount adapter. It can also be installed in an eyepiece tube, requiring both a C-mount adapter and an adapter ring for the specific diameter of the tube.
