The ToupTek SkyEye24AC is a powerful full-frame color astronomy camera designed for deep-sky astrophotography. Equipped with the renowned Sony IMX410 CMOS sensor, it delivers an impressive 24-megapixel resolution (6064 × 4040) with 5.94 µm pixels, providing exceptional sensitivity and wide dynamic range for capturing faint nebulae, galaxies, and star clusters with stunning clarity.
With its 14-bit ADC and ultra-low read noise, the SkyEye24AC produces smooth gradients and accurate color reproduction, even in long exposures. The camera offers a frame rate of up to 16 FPS at full resolution through USB 3.0, ensuring fast and efficient data capture. The SkyEye24AC uses an efficient fan cooling system to stabilize the sensor temperature and prevent overheating, keeping the sensor below approximately 35 °C, which helps reduce thermal noise and ensures consistent imaging performance.
