This T-Ring fits EOS EF-mount model cameras only. It will not work with other Canon camera bodies like the EOS RF-mount or EOS M-mount mirrorless cameras without adding a Canon adapter to convert those cameras to EF-mount.
Description
Celestron T-Ring for Canon EOS Camera is a device that lets you connect your EF-mount camera to your Celestron telescope for astrophotography. The T-ring replaces the lens on your camera and locks securely with a bayonet mount. You can then screw the T-ring onto a Celestron adapter (not included), such as the Celestron T-adapter, that fits your telescope. The type of Celestron adapter you need depends on what kind of pictures you want to take.
The T-ring is made of durable aluminum with a black anodized finish. The inside of the T-ring is darkened and threaded to reduce glare and increase contrast. The T-ring has a textured surface that makes it easy to grip and twist. The T-ring is designed for use with small DSLR or mirrorless cameras only. Bigger cameras may not fit on your telescope.
